Meet Jazzmyn and McKinley!

A girl with a dream to help other children view any profession in a positive light is what Jazzmyn Julius aims to do. The McKinley Series is all about ensuring children can do just that. With her spunky 8-year-old in mind (who was 5 at the time), Jazzmyn began writing about things that interest McKinley. In her debut book, McKinley The Baker, McKinley pretends to be a baker while at home with her mommy. Baking is fun and exciting for McKinley, so Jazzmyn wanted to showcase that in writing.

Book Reviews

Such a nice children’s story that inspires. This book will remind children that they can be anything they want to be even if you have a few bumps along the way. The illustrations are vibrant and true capture the essence of McKinley and her mom. This is the perfect book to read to your classroom students or your children before bed. Great work by the author.
